Our Pontoon Boats are built using Aluminium Honeycomb Panel AHP was initially designed for the aerospace industry. We are the only manufacturer in Australia offering this as a standard .Â
Our boats utilize a 100% AHP deck, eliminating the need for constant maintenance on the underside of marine ply wood boats. AHP also lowers the overall weight of the boat and gives it a very rigid deck with very little flexing.

What Makes Us Different
Setting New Standards
Marine quality sealed cable joiners
We want to ensure you have many years of hassle free boat use. The cable joiners we use provide 3 way protection to all wire joins. These joiner provide a soldered join then protects with a hot glue seal and heat shrink to finish it. Then we cover the joins with a conventional heat shrink coating.
Aluminium Honeycomb Panel Decks
No more constant expensive and messy maintenance on a plywood deck. Our boat exclusively use AHP for all of our decks. AHP was desgned for the Aerospace industry. Its widely used to manufacture airliners and bullet trains. It weighs around two thirds that of marine ply, is more rigid and weather proof. We also add a poly vinyl skin to the underside of the panel for added protection fromo the elements. This is particularly advantagous for the boats that will be moored on water.

Our own designed furniture offers a firm comfortable seat with built in headrests and rolls royce diamond stitching.
Quality Light Fittings
We source high quality and stylish light fittings to set off your investment with a suitable amount of bling. Plus each boat is shipped with a 100AH deep cycle battery to run all of your accessories such as the optional alipcool portable fridge freezer or Dometic bar fridges.
Super Strong Subframe Design
we use 4mm to aluminium tophat section spaced at 450mm centres and fixed with stainless steel M10 bolts with nylock nuts. There are 12 bolts on every tritoon cross member. For our transom pod pontoon boats we install high density rubber bush blocks under every crossmember to reduce vibration through the floor from the outboard. Our crossmembers on the transoms are spaced around 150mm to 200mm apart for added strength. Our front nose subframe and
Seagrass Woven Vinyl Marine Carpet
Our carpet is highly durable and comfortable. The woven vinyl carpet is waterproof with a 5mm rubber backing on it. Spills can be hosed off. We glue the carpet down with a polyurethance adhesive.
Locally Made Kitchenettes
Our kitchenettes are manufactured in house using a state of the art laser welder. Our customers have the option of a powdercoated or Industrail 2 Pak cfinish. The kitchenetes include Lanimnex compact weatherproof bench tops. we also fit potable water tank snad grey water tanks with 12v seaflo pups or a 5v USB pump faucet. You have the coice to fit a dmetic CRX bar fridge, engel slide or give us the unit you would like and we will manufacture the unit to suit.
Bespoke Boat Covers
Viking has joined forces with a local craftsman to provide the highest quality bimini awnings on all of our boats. In addition we also offer custom made morroring and travel covers. We use Aussie made marine canvas.
Full Marine Grade Powder Coating Process
We fire the component 3 times. First to degas, Second for zinc primer coat and the final is for the colour coat.
